What are the hazards and risks in the photo?

Hazard Risk
The risk in this photo is that it can be a tripping hazard
because it is placed along the walking area. Whoever
walks there might trip, which could lead to accident and
the plug might get pulled. The appliance is also plugged
in even if it’s not being used. It can cause fire once it
overheats.
The toaster is plugged to the electrical outlet even if it’s
not in use. The risk is that it could flare up and
malfunction, which is one of the most common causes
of fire.
The woman holds the pan handle bare-handed. The
handle is undoubtedly hot and she might get burned.
She might lose a grip and the pan might fall.
The cat’s food bowl may cause tripping hazard because
it is not placed in a proper area. People need to walk
whenever they are working or doing something in the
kitchen and anything that is placed or blocking in the
way might cause accidents.
The yarn should be placed inside a sewing kit or
anywhere it can be hidden safely because if it’s
scattered all over the place, people might trip and fall.

I’m not quite sure if this is a hook but if it is, it should be

kept in a safer place because it is a sharp and harmful
object and anyone might get pierced by its tip.
The fireplace can be the main source of fire occurrence
in the house. It can also affect the lungs and cause other
underlying health conditions to the people in this
household.
The tools are scattered which might also cause tripping
hazard to whoever walks in the way. Since the man in
the photo is fixing the car, it would also be difficult for
him to reach for the tools and he might bump his head
to the car.
The spilled oil might cause slip hazard and it is also
harmful because the oil contains poisonous compounds
from the chemicals it is made of. The toxicity of the oil
might lead to respiratory damage, decreased immunity,
and other health concerns.
The can is opened and it might cause cuts once a person
gets in contact with the lid of the can. If the can is
already empty, it should be thrown in the trash bin
immediately.
If the dishes stay longer in the sink, the germs and
bacteria might spread. The knife should also be washed
and kept immediately in the knife holder or knife block
after being used to prevent cuts and wounds.
I’m not sure what that thing is called but based on my
observation, it should not be placed anywhere that is
high because it is a heavy object. Once it falls, it will
definitely cause injuries or even worse accidents.
The cat is considered a hazard because cats are playful
in nature. They might cause troubles in the household,
while the people are all busy doing other things.
The range hood/vent hood is not mounted above the
stove that’s why the air will just recirculate in the
kitchen, which is exposing the people to harmful
pollutants. I think it doesn’t serve its purpose since it’s
away while the stove is producing indoor air pollution.

The books might cause accidents as well because it is

not placed where they should be, which is on the shelf.
Once the books fall, it might get into the fireplace and it
will cause fire all over the house.

The woman is not wearing an apron or any proper

kitchen attire that would keep her safe and ensure the
food safety. She might get spills and stains on her
clothes. Also, the food she is cooking might get in
contact with dirt, hair (since her hair is not tied up), and
other things that can contaminate the food.

This looks like a pitcher and I think it should not be

placed on the corner of the countertop because there is
a tendency it might fall and spill the liquid inside it. It
might lead to spill accidents.
