1. Executive Summary

The most common question in the mind of every graduate student is "What's next?"
In today's world, it is difficult to find practical knowledge suitable for any student/business
degree. Acquiring efficient and discerning employees in any company today will be a
daunting process and a huge investment. But don't forget that time is money. So, to get rid of
the burden of this problem, Secure Job is a new idea that will save you time and money by
hiring your company trained employees directly from your company. This is a unique
initiative for today's businesses where separate departments eliminate the required work, and
of course, the cost is enormous. With a large list of applicants awaiting hiring, the company
offers a variety of options to choose from a pool of secure searchers protected by the police,
so the company can rely on this service without going through this process. The program
provides 12 weeks of free training to all applicants at the time of enrolment to Revenue
Sharing Agreement (ISA) applicants. The ranking of applicants is determined based on the
results of the on-site survey, and companies can directly hire employees as needed. The
registration fee is at least Rs. 2000 plus * ISA, 10% of the first-year candidate's annual salary.
The company will be based and operated in India. The company will work with partner
universities where Secure Job experts contact students during campus deployment. This
allows us to collect data from all students participating during the day, provide information
about the company and enrol in a free 12-week training program.

2. Opportunity

2.1 Vision Statement


We offer registered applicants a 12-week interest preparation and preparation program for
employers in companies who are ready for employment, along with a free basic training
program. This initiative offloads the HR management team of any organization.

To solve the problem of direct relationships between students and the company, Secure Job is
a platform that educates students to gain work experience that provides valuable information
and helpful advice to students. It is a way to become familiar with the knowledge a student
has and the requirements of the industry. The company will work with industry volunteers to
develop a student curriculum. He will work on projects in the cloning industry where students
can apply the theory they have learned and gain real-world experience.
Students complete the 12-week course and focus on basic and interpersonal skills during the
first 4 weeks. The next four weeks will include hands-on sessions on real-time situations,
analysis of the student's decision-making skills, and ability to respond to situations. It also
gives you the opportunity to work on clone-based industry projects over the past four weeks,
giving you the opportunity to acquire the skills you need to work in your chosen industry.
At the end of training, students are analyzed based on academic performance, regardless of
whether they are ready to work in the industry with the skills they have acquired during their
studies or whether skills development is required. This final exam will not only evaluate
students based on the practical knowledge acquired but will also enhance the student's unique
qualities that will contribute to the development of the company.
The company recruits’ students based on the final result, saving you time and money as well
as the best resources. If you invest in the training and development department, you will see
significant savings. The company accepts pre-scanned students with many talents. Working
safely helps students understand the reality of the workplace and provides realistic
expectations.

Our company's unique selling point (USP) is simple. We provide applicants who are already
trained and ready to hire a company according to their requirements, and conduct background
checks on all registered applicants. This is an important factor in relation to the law and the
company's reputation as an employer for medical staff and employees. Other recruiting
agencies simply help job seekers or applicants refer to their resumes or resumes and contact
the company with the words "Job!" You can hire test takers yourself and choose between

Marketing mix:

15% to 20% of a candidate's first annual salary but can go up to 30% for hard-to-reach jobs
(Central Agency, 2019). We have a similar pay structure for our students, but the company
pays an annual fee for safe employment services.
We will market our advertising model through industry links, magazine brochures, LinkedIn
and digital marketing. These advertising strategies apply to both target centers. We will
establish ourselves as a job search agency that will provide them to our students. Research
(Gusdorf, 2008) found that students rely more on external recruiting agencies to find suitable
jobs in large sectors such as IT. This will work in our favor and show that there is a market
demand for safe job services.
Mumbai's recruiting and training site will complement the major business communities in the
United States. The two important roles of the employee company are the customer service
staff who work with the company and assist in the transition to new employees, and secondly
the staff responsible for student education. The physical aspect of Secure Job is the quality of
our services and the services that are branded and interact with our customers.

4.3 Financial Statements


We will get our business revenue from 3 things: Registration fee, monthly income from
student as per income sharing agreement (10% of monthly salary of student for 1.5 year),
Service fee from recruiters.
Registration fee can be assumed as Rs. 2000. Monthly income of a student can be assumed as
Rs. 75000. Service fee is about Rs 1000. For 1 st 3 months of Operations, we will just get
revenue from registration fee. And after 3 months (that is the course duration) monthly
income from student. Therefore, the total sales are presented detail in the Appendix. We
assume that in the first year, we can train and place 50 students and course.

5. Team Management

Secure Job, a limited partnership firm will be incorporated in June 2021, is a Training and
Recruitment company. It also comprises of volunteers who will incorporate curriculum for
the users. This company will be managed by a team of experts that include:

1) XYZ (Chief Executive Officer)

2) XYZ (Chief Financial Officer)

3) PQR (Head of Operations and Technology)

4) ABC (Chief Marketing Officer)

5) Darshana Rajhans (Chief Human Resource Officer)


Darshana Rajhans brings experience from the HR industry and finance as well. She will be
responsible for recruiting the right pool of talent and training, upskilling the employees for
the growth of Secure Job. Simplifying the systems for the employees is her forte. Ms.
Darshana is using her impressive depth of expertise in HR. She earned a bachelor’s degree in
Accounting & Finance and pursued her master’s in business & Administration.
