1. Job redesign:
The main aim of job reforming is to place the correct person in the right job. It includes the shifting,

2. Consultative process:
It is important to process in the organisation to achieve the target of thecompany. There is a need
to expand the business which requires the enhanced quality products and customised services and
difficult solution.
3.Sensitive training:
Training plays a major role in the organisations. Without training employee can’t perform better.
Training is offered by the organisations as a method for followers of the public to learn how to
enhance and escalate the difference in other people. The main goal of training is concerned with the
growth on an individual level.
4. Work re-organisation:
It means to reorganise the work in a different way. The organisation can adopt reorganisation for
various purposes such as to improve the efficiency in the organisation and to reduce the cost and
dealing with the different corporate affairs such as amalgamations and mergers change all these
factors, the organisation has to reorganize the work system. It will lead to achieving the goal of the
organisation.

can do a survey in different fields and areas and make contacts with different people to know

have to make a survey to know the taste and preferences of people, their requirement for the
product. With all these, there will be an increase in the demand for sale and profit also increase.
The main aim of the organization is to maximize the profit.

*Final evaluation

In the end of meeting, the next step is to evaluate our club’ s organization
plan. In evaluation senior management and other fitness experts are focus on
club’s future plans and goals which we have to be achieved. In addition,
senior management is kept up to date with regular status and club’s budget
reports. They can make any change in the future budget for re- organization
development plan.
Organizational change cannot be auctioned by one person. We have to needs
a group of people within an organization to work towards, manage and
action the evaluation. Thorough evaluation we can know about the
limitations and benefits of club and make any change for future growth.
