Fish oil is important in growing taller.
With recent research, we found that fish oil is not only important but
is essential.
What does Fish oil actually do?
Fish oil is also known as Omega-3 fatty acid which has 2 essential
acids:
• One is EPA which stands for eicosapentaenoic acid
• and the 2nd is DHA which stands for docosahexaenoic acid
EPA and DHA lower inflammation signaling in the body.
How does this affect growing taller?
Basically, we have 2 trypes of cells for breaking down bone and
building bone.
The cells that break down bone are called osteoclasts and the cells
that build boe back are osteoplasts.
If your body stays in an inflamed state for too long, then the
osteoclasts will go overtime in break down of the bone which can
cause the bones to thin which is not good for growing taller. When
the inflamed state is reduced, then the body sends the osteoclasts
home and promotes the osteoplasts to lay down new bone and also
allows extra time to make sure the job is complete.
EPA and DHA also increase the production of osteoplasts. In
our bone marrow there are cells called MSCs which stands for
mesenchymal stem cells.
These are cells that can become either fat cells or osteoplasts.
People who do not get enough fish oil, do tend to be fatter, shorter,
more prone to infectious diseases and also bone decay.

By taking fish oils we make sure our bodies can balance the
equation so that we have more than enough osteoplasts for
building and maintaining bones while minimizing our production of
fat cells.
Other benefits of fish oils include:
• Reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes
• Improved mood, memory and cognitive performance
• Helps prevent weight gain
• Accelerates muscle growth
• And speeds up fat loss
How much fish oil do I need?
I used to take a fish oil supplement which was low in DHA and EPA
and also contained vitamin A and D, which we do not need as they
are already included in our stage 4 and stage 6 supplements.
So what do you recommend?
I have started taking a Legion Athletics product called Triton.
Like all products sold by Legion Athletics, they only put a clinically
effective dose in Triton. It is not only the best fish oil I’ve found but is
also the cheapest in terms of how much EPA and DHA is provided.
When I worked the math, it actually cost more to get the cheaper
version in the correct dose,
