Before going to the hospital I checked

around 0230 on 6/26/16, she had arrived at the Wesco in Montague, wearing only a bikini and
sweatshirt. The employees called 9-1-1 because she seemed disoriented, and Montague PD ended
up transporting her back to Rothbury. In the M

Upon arrival at the hospital, I spoke with Tina Lilley, the on-duty-social worker. She had spent some
time with before my arrival and had even called several family members of hers in Colorado
and elsewhere. She learned suffers from a mania which developed after a traumatic divorce
and loss of her job. She learned uses cocaine heavily, and her drug use and mental instability
have worsened since the death of her mother about six months prior.

Tina informed me it was very difficult to hold a conversation with as she appeared to be very
disoriented.

The hospital also conducted an initial urine screen for controlled substances and alcohol. The
screening only indicated the presence of THC, but no other alcohol or other drugs.

INTERVIEW VICTIM:

I met with at the Hackley Emergency Room around 1930 on 6/29/16. Tara Blandford,
the sexual assault nurse examiner, was present as well. Together we asked her questions about what
happened.

was extremely difficult to hold a conversation with. Her main complaint seemed to be that a
man had put several of his fingers in her vagina. She said she felt this way because her vagina
burned in a manner similar to how it burned in the past when she tried mixing sex with the designer
When asked if she remembered what this man looked like or who he was, she said she
believed he was Jerry Garcia, the former singer and guitarist from the band, the Grateful Dead. She
said she knew Jerry Garcia was dead but he had been reincarnated. She also said she knew she was
crazy to think this and it may have all been a delusion. She said sh
fingered her, but she felt the burning and had a mental image of Jerry Garcia, so she wa

fully admitted having consensual sex with as many as six men in the past week. She also
fully admitted using cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, and Molly in the recent past, including at the Electric
Forest Festival. She said she had arrived at the Electric Forest with a friend she only referred to as

SEXUAL TRAUMA EXAM:

Tara Blandford conducted the sexual trauma exam and turned the kit and paperwork over to me. She
also drew blood using the MSP Toxicology kit. Both items have been entered as property.

RE-CONTACT VICTIM:

On 6/27/16, when I went back to collect the trauma kit from Ms Blandford a few hours after my initial
contact with had fallen sound asleep in the hospital bed. I asked the ER staff to call
9-1-1 when she woke up and ask for a trooper to respond. Around 0700 on 6/27/16, Tpr Sweetland
went out to the ER and spoke with again at my request (I was off-duty by then). See his supp.
told him she would go home with her brother and would wait for me to contact her.

On 6/29/16, I spoke with on the phone around 2200. She informed me she was with her
brother in Montana, but would be going home soon to Colorado. She said her head was much clearer
now but she did not remember much of what she talked to me and Ms Blandford about. She informed
me she really had no idea what happened to her and only vaguely remembered saying something
about the Grateful Dead to me. She said she would like to forget the whole matter. She did say her
waited for her at the Festival grounds for her and her brother to show back up.

informed her she would be receiving a letter notifying her that the sexual trauma kit would be
destroyed. I told her if she remembered anything substantially different or felt she needed to report
something new, that she should contact me when she received the letter. said she would.
