HUMBLE APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF
THE APPLICANT FOR BAIL UNDER
SECTION 437 OF Cr.PC.
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -
1. That the Applicant by the present Application seeks relief of bail
in CR No _____________, registered with Police
Station, _________Mumbai, wherein the Applicant has been
arrested and is in Judicial Custody for the offences punishable U/s
IPC and
2. Being innocent, the Applicant is approaching this Hon’ble Court
for seeking bail in the facts and circumstances of the present case
and on the following amongst other grounds: -

a. That the Applicant is a law abiding citizen of India. He has been

falsely implicated in this crime.
b. That it is submitted that the allegations made against the
Applicant/Accused are false, frivolous and vexatious and lack in
the material substance.
c. That the Applicant has co-operated with Investigating Officer
during his police custody remand. Not any incriminating articles
have been seized from the Applicant. No recovery was effected
either.
d. The Applicant is permanent resident of address as mentioned in
the cause title of this application. He is ready to furnish proper
 surety for his release. There is no possibility of his being abscond
if released on bail. The Applicant is ready to furnish surety and
bail bonds to the satisfaction of this Hon'ble Court on being
ordered to be released on bail.
e. That the applicant is only earning member of his family therefore
no purpose will be served by keeping applicant accused behind
bar.

f. The Applicant shall keep himself available as and when it is

required by the Investigating Officer or Hon’ble Court for the
hearing of the matter.
g. The Applicant undertakes not to temper the prosecution evidence
or pressurize witnesses. The Applicant is ready and willing to
abide by any conditions impose by the Hon’ble Court.
h. The Applicant has not filed any other application for bail either in
Hon’ble Session Court or in the Hon’ble High Court in respect of
the present subject matter.
3. In the above circumstances, the Applicant prays in the interest of
justice that: -

The Applicant may kindly be released on bail in CR No. ,

registered with Police Station,________ Mumbai
on such terms and conditions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit
and proper and in the interest of justice.
And for such act of kindness, the Applicant as in duty bound, shall
ever pray.
