Antabamba summary

Cu skarn - porphyry target in Peru

• The main high conductivity targets remain undrilled
• Previous drill holes include:
 89m @ 0.11% Cu porphyry intercepted off main target
 8m @ 1.55% Cu + 73g/t Ag
 6m @ 1.2% Cu
 12m @ 0.24% & 8m @ 0.45% & 2m @ 1.4% Cu
• Significant Ag and Mo credits
• 2.5km x 0.1% Cu in soil anomaly (Footprint ≥ Tintaya)
• Primary chalcocite (50% Cu content) in core and talus samples
• Located at batholith-limestone contact
• Neighbouring Ind + Inf resources: Antilla (PML): 382Mt @ ~0.3% Cu
Trapiche (BVN): 903Mt @ ~0.37% Cu
• Positive engagement with both local communities

Proactive Community Relations
Peru has well defined land title law. Community consensus is required in order to
obtain exploration & mining permits. Verde managers actively participate in the
two key communities at the Antabamba project, introducing and establishing
sustainable and beneficial services and community practices.
Road reconstruction and repairs; and creating a tree nursery for land rehabilitation. Job creation.

Recycling by the Club de Madres & schools generate cash to buy food for pensioners. 30 positions created to assist
with drilling.

Community workshops outlining Corporate Social Responsibility practices.

Developing positive community
impact through engagement
and dialogue.
