1. Install and maintain computer peripherals & software licenses

2. Work on asset management - managing complete asset lifecycle & logistical part (sending & collecting
the laptop)

3. Troubleshoot technology issues

4. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking

5. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

6. Guide users with simple, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions

7. Conduct remote troubleshooting on software issues

8. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

9. Handle case logging for assets hardware issue with OEM warranty.

Linux support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues - Understand the root of the technical problem and report
the same Following standard operating procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams - Ensure all issues are properly logged Document technical knowledge in the
form of notes and manuals - Use in-house email and chat system to provide quick Linux based IT support
Skills Required : Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant
field - Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus - Knowledge of
Linux OS environments - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues - Familiarity with
remote desktop applications - Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal - A

Desktop support /system admin/ Network support / IT Support / windows/Linux support / IT

Hardware/L1/L2/L3 Jobs

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Install and maintain computer peripherals & software licenses

2. Work on asset management - managing complete asset lifecycle & logistical part (sending & collecting
the laptop)

3. Troubleshoot technology issues

4. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking

5. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

6. Guide users with simple, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions

7. Conduct remote troubleshooting on software issues

8. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

9. Handle case logging for assets hardware issue with OEM warranty.

Linux support

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues - Understand the root of the technical problem and report
the same Following standard operating procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams - Ensure all issues are properly logged Document technical knowledge in the
form of notes and manuals - Use in-house email and chat system to provide quick Linux based IT support
Skills Required : Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant
field - Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus - Knowledge of
Linux OS environments - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues - Familiarity with
remote desktop applications - Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal - A
good communication skill is must. Perks and Benefits Good Learning Environment.

products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners 3. Other IT skills in computer hardware &
