 Instructions to the candidates

1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.

2. The candidates are required to bring their own masks, gloves, water bottles, personal hand sanitisers, HB pencils. In the absence of

these, the candidate will not be permitted to sit for exams. Neither NEST nor TCS will be held responsible for any eventuality arising

out of the candidate not strictly following the prevalent Government norms regarding precautions to be taken. No other items will be

permitted inside exam venue.

3. Calculators, mobile phones, laptops and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.

4. A Candidate must have Aarogya Setu App installed on his/her mobile phone. The Aarogya Setu dashboard must show the candidate's

risk factor. A candidate will have to show this dashboard to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue. THIS IS

MANDATORY. In case a candidate does not have a smart phone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect

(declaration is provided along with this Admit Card) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.

5. Candidates showing COVID symptoms (Cough/ Fever/ Cold/ Runny Nose/ Breathing Problem) have to sign a declaration attached

with hall ticket. Such candidates would be moved to sit in an isolation lab.

6. Entry of Candidates will be as per Reporting Time given on Hall ticket to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.

7. Temperature of the candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue using a thermo gun.

8. Mapping of 'Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be

provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID

verification.

9. Candidates need to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points.

10. At the registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using the provided sanitizer. The candidate's

photograph will be captured during the registration process.

11. The candidate is required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the reporting time mentioned in the admit card AND/OR informed

via SMS on their registered mobile number prior to the exam date. It is expected that the candidates will strictly adhere to this reporting

time – as entry into the test center will be provided based upon the individual's reporting time ONLY.

12. Bring this Admit Card with you. You will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

13. In addition to this ADMIT CARD please make sure to bring your admit card of class XII board exam or any other photo identity proof

with you.
