Project 1: Storm Water and Drainage Mapping System.

Role: Geospatial Software Support Lead
Managerial Role
 Project Initiation, working out Implementation plan, execution, Monitoring and coordinating activities with client and vendors.
 Coordinating and assigning work, and supporting field mapping efforts in the collection and management of the storm water
drainage system 
 Interaction with client for collecting GIS data requirement and understanding their requirement.
Technical Role: Implementation of Drainage Water Resource
Responsibilities:
 To prevent flooding and excess sewage draining directly into local water bodies during rainstorms prepare and maintain analyze GIS
data.
 Used Remote Sensing elevation models to analyze and monitor the flow control.
 Assisting in monitoring, updating and executing the Storm water Field Mapping Plan which contains the business and permit
deliverables and deadlines for the field mapping and data collection activities.
 Monitoring quality control reports of field mapping efforts and providing quality assurance recommendations and support. Working
with office mapping staff in support of the field mapping hardware, software and related datasets.
 Use GeoMedia to perform the desktop review, editing and analysis necessary in support of the storm water field mapping teams.
 Participate in the documentation of standards for data collection, editing, and management
 Manage utility operations effectively manage wastewater treatment facilities, catch basins, and drainage systems.
 Monitored the construction of projects and the budget flow for the regulated utilities of the water company.

About Project: The purpose of this project is to provide emergency service to distress caller. It includes the integration of web based
Computer Aided Dispatcher, Database and Electronic Communication Devices etc.

Role: Implementation of CAD solution

Managerial Role
 Project Initiation, working out Implementation plan, execution, Monitoring and coordinating activities with client and vendors.
 Managing and handling a team size of 4 persons to implement solution at sites.
  Interaction with client for collecting GIS and CAD data requirement and understanding their requirement.
Technical Role - CAD Implementation
 Designing and architecture of I/CAD solution as per client/RFP requirements.
