Fruit and Veggie Juice

Ingredients

 1 cup fresh pomegranate pearls


 2 carrots
 2 medium tomatoes
 2 teaspoons lemon juice
 100 grams red pumpkin, peeled
 Salt to taste
 12 large bottle gourd (Upo)
 12 inch ginger, roughly chopped
 12 cup roughly chopped spinach leaves

Method

1. Cut bottle gourd, carrots and pumpkin lengthwise. While tomatoes are cut in half.

2. Switch on the juicer and add bottle gourd, carrot, pumpkin, tomatoes, ginger, spinach and
pomegranate pearls and process to get the juice.

3. Add lemon juice and salt to the juice and mix well.

4. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
