Hi all,

Whenever I keep the 'mobile data' on along with 'Wifi', my MI A1 uses the mobile data, which
I presume should not be the case technically. I wrote the following to Jio, India (the service
provider):

When I am using the data on Wifi, my 'mobile data' is ON. Technically, the wifi data has to be used
and NOT the mobile data right? But, the mobile data is getting used. Why is it so?
I got the ffollowing response from Jio:
"You are absolutely right in the above statement. I can assure you that the issue is a device
related issue and not a Jio data usage issue"

As mentioned by Jio, is this a device issue or can this be resolved?
