Primary role in the hotel is to oversee and train new recruits on how to act professionally and an assessment to foresee
how effective the newly employed individual for the company. I do a little cooking but I am the planner of menu and
management.

Sous Chef for three years in the same kitchen. I remain as the second-in-command of the kitchen and all of my task is
generally hands-on. I am in charge of the kitchen and oversees the day-to-day activities.
Became a pastry chef on this state. It is my job to take care of the patisseries and even brassieres in the hotel kitchen.
Most of my experience here are the ones that lifted me all the way up.
