ASSESSMENT OF MY MENTAL ABILITY

45% CONSCIOUS

My conscious mind consists of what I can control. The things I do everyday and the decisions I make are
included here. Whenever I feel that certain things are of great importance, I give priority to them.
Everything that I’m fully aware of, including my thoughts, memories, and feelings are in here. This
involves my self-awareness and awareness of other people around me. Being careful of my actions
knowing that there may be other people affected by them is a great example of my consciousness.

30% PRECONSCIOUS

My preconscious mind is consists of my preference when it comes to topics being talked about and
things or tasks to do. If I am not interested in a topic or a certain type of activity, I don’t want to get fully
involved. I don’t give my full attention when I am not interested and sometimes, my degree of
involvement depends on whether I will be benefited by it or not. I have a personality which if I don’t
need it, I won’t take care of it or I won’t offer too much help or give so much effort on/about it.

25% UNCONSCIOUS

My unconscious mind consists of my resentment, jealousy, and feeling of insecurity. There are times
that I resent my older brother and parents for showing more love to my twin brother. I feel jealous
when they are constantly saying that what one has, one must also have but there are instances when
they give preferential treatment to my twin, like giving him a motorcycle which I also wanted in the first
place. It’s painful to see that whenever we fight, they believe in him first before knowing my side.
