Since the Maharashtra government has given permission to open schools

from 4 October 2021, we volunteer to send our ward Manmeet Singh

Kukreja of Grade XI Div Science A to attend physical school on the

designated days with effect from next week , as per the daily schedule.

We will counsel our ward to follow all the Covid related protocol and take
the necessary precautions needed for their safety and the safety of
others around them. We will ensure that our ward follows all the rules and
regulations of the school. We also ensure that our ward is not suffering
from any sickness and has no symptoms related to Covid 19.
We also understand that precautions to be taken by us along with the
precautions and the protocols followed by the school for the smooth
conduct of classes. We further undertake that we will not hold the school
management responsible for any sickness resulting from our ward being
in school premises.

We will also ensure that if our child shows any symptoms related to
Covid, we will stop sending the child immediately to school and will also
inform the school about the same.
