OPENING PRAYER: Said by Bro. kole John Gbenga from St. Andrew lusada at about 11:30am.
WELCOME ADDRESS: Rev.Fr Raphael welcomed everyone present to his parish. He spoke on the
privilege granted to us as servers, the benefits within and outside the church, our mode of dressing not
only in the church but also in the society and finally he concluded by asking us to deliberate about the
various challenges faced by the different parishes, and how best it can be resolved.
CODE OF CONDUCT: Was read by Sis. Happiness [provost] from St. Jude, Ijuri.
READING OF LAST MEETING MINUTE: Was read by Sis. Maryjane [secretary] from C.K.C,
Agbara and was adopted after all necessary observations by Sis. Elfreda from St. Jude, Ijuri.

MATTER ARISING
CATHEDRA: parishes should prepare in mind the sum of #5,000 to support the hosting parish.
Transportation fare not inclusive.
2. NOVENA TO ST. JOHN BERCHMAN: Starts on the 17th November and ends 25th
November at the parish level. Time will be based on parish convenience. Note Deanery
executives will move round parishes.
3. CONDUCT OF THE NOVENA: opening prayer, rosary, word of exultation, lecture on st.
John Berchman [history] question and answer based on the day’s lecture and closing prayer.
GENERAL
Issues raised includes; time management, report format, signatory to report, data base form.
REACTION
All issues were best treated and members were satisfied with the responses.
ADJOURNMENT OF THE MEETING: Was adjourned by Bro. Jude Odey from Lusada
and seconded by Sis Nwosu Elfreda from Ijuri.
NEXT MEETING: will be by January 2020 [date will be communicated].
