1. Introduction
The purpose of this Materials Approval is to seek an approval from the Engineer of the
proposed materials for Concrete Paving and Structural Construction of Retaining Wall,
Reviewed by POSCO E&C, the proposed materials were found acceptable with the
approved Specifications.

2. Definition
 The Engineer: GCR Consortium

 Contractor: POSCO Engineering & Construction CO., Ltd. (POSCO E&C)

 Sub-Contractors: Companies directly carrying out the survey or construction works
