“A RESOLUTION ON BARANGAY ANTI- DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC)

ACTIVATION OF BARANGAY CAMPOSANTO 1 NORTE , MONCADA, TARLAC”

WHEREAS, we have adopted an Executive Order implementing the Anti-

Illegal activities;

WHEREAS, The Barangay Camposanto 1 Norte Barangay Council initiated

activities for persons who used drugs such as, counselling, clean up drive, sports
and screening conducted by Rural Health Nurse.

WHEREAS, The Barangay Camposanto 1 Norte, Moncada, Tarlac is aiming

for a Drug Free Barangay.

NOW THEREFORE, Upon motion of Barangay Kagawad George B.

Balignasay, and seconded by all members present,

BE IT SOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED , by the Sangguniang Barangay

of Camposanto 1 Norte, in session assembled, to Activate Barangay Anti- Drug
Abuse Council Camposanto 1 Norte, Moncada, Tarlac

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to Office of

Phillipine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Department of Interior and Local
Government (DILG) and other offices concerned for their information
