How did your team do? What could have been done better?

a. Our employee satisfaction was our highest priority and they bleed into satisfied
customers. Although, when the final crisis came to make a merge, union abuse,
shareholders more than I wish we did. This taught me that that my employee
morale and appreciation was higher than I would have though previously. As a
team we all heard each other out and communicated effectively. On some
decisions we did not all agree but, in the end, everyone felt comfortable with the
team decision. Our teamwork, communication, and efforts went well but
improving our business knowledge could help us make more informed decisions.

different leadership position with different goals and responsibilities. Each sector
is another part of the company that must preform to allow the business to
succeed. As we all choose the best leadership practice and make decisions based
on our situation there are different demands put on us and those results are

Participative leader is someone who works with their followers and works with others
on sharing the decision-making process in order to get the best solutions. I am not
surprised this is my leadership style. I really enjoy taking everyone’s opinions into
consideration. I have learned though this course and other courses here at Arizona State
that if everyone’s opinion is hear then everyone feel valued. I also believe that leading
from the front is the best way to earn trust and respect among your peers. A leader who
is smart enough to know that they aren’t always the smartest or most experience at
everything can become very powerful and successful. Knowing when to ask questions
and admit you don’t know shows bravery and earns the trust and confidence from team
members. I believe it also shows a little bit about yourself and being willing enough to
continue to grow and learn it doesn’t matter who it comes from or what the situation is.
