This activity taught me how to create a flowchart, and the knowledge I am gaining is

useful. Flowcharts, in my opinion, are quite similar to making an outline. They must be quite
comprehensive and well-written. Flowcharting came in handy while I was brainstorming
concepts. Prior to designing the flowchart, it helped me have a better grasp of what I was trying
to accomplish. I learned about flowcharts through reading the material and looking at
flowcharts on the internet.
In this instance, I have learned that flowchart is a complex system. However, the
flowchart clearly shows where to access data and what to do with it. It illustrates how different
components of the system are connected and how the system operates in general, while
omitting the system's details. A system flowchart, in particular, identifies distinct forms of data
storage in its many components. Moreover, different sections of the entire system are labeled.
There are a few important rules I considered when creating the flowchart that apply to all
flowcharts. The most important thing that should be considered is that it is accomplished by
keeping it simple and avoiding overcomplication. A flowchart should show a flow, such as a
team hierarchy, operational procedure, or workflow, clearly. Their primary role is to assist
others in comprehending how something works. So, keeping it minimal is such a thing.
System flowcharts are an important tool for documenting business operations and the
internal controls that govern them. However, studying flowcharting while also learning the
specifics of business processes and controls is challenging for me as a student with no business
experience. Designing a flowchart isn't as simple as it appears. To get started, all you need is a
keen eye for detail and a basic grasp of a few industry standards. Templates can also help in
speeding up the process.
