I – OBJECTIVES:
1. Explain how an idea or theme is communicated in a selected performance through the
integration of musical sounds, songs, dialogue, and dance
2. Design with a group the visual components of a school play using contextualized materials
(stage design, costumes, and props)
3. Assume the role of the character as an actor/performance, or production staff

 Assign tasks in each member – Role Play – the story of each Barangay in

1. Describe the meaning and importance of managing lifestyle and weight


2. Undertakes physical activity and physical fitness assessment
3. Advocates society efforts to increase participation in physical activities and improve
nutrition practice

II – SUBJECT MATTER:

Topic – Active Recreation


Materials – Daily food log
- Monthly Physical Activity Log
References – P.E and Health-grade 10 LM’s

III – PROCEDURE:

a. Greetings / checking of attendance


b. Motivation
- Ask the students, what kind of lifestyle they have in their home and to their
community? And what kind of activities make up their day?
- What kinds of food they found in their community?
c. Lesson proper –
1. Discuss the meaning and importance of managing lifestyle and weight
(lifestyle and managing it)
2. Activity – me and my day (weekly activity log)
3. Activity – test protocols- physical activity and physical fitness assessment
d. Applications –
- How will you appreciate the importance of managing lifestyle in your daily life?
- List some of your daily activity or household chores , you think can help your body
become fit?

IV – EVALUATION:

Prepare a 3 minutes Zumba dance using a contextualize music materials.

2. Explains the significance of the existing health-related laws in safeguarding people’s health
3. Analyze the impact of current health trends, issues, and concerns

- As an adolescent, you experience numerous health issues that pertain to your well-

- Republic act no. 7394 or the consumer act of the Philippines
- Republic act 8423 traditional and alternative medicine
- Republic act 10354 responsible parenthood and reproductive health
2. Explains the significance of the existing health-related laws in safeguarding people’s
health
3. Discuss the impact of current health trends, issues, and concerns
- Group activity – brainstorm about a research topic on the impact of the national
health policies to different sectors of the society

- Can you identify the health issues concerning the people in your community?
- If you are a health worker I your community, what health issues and concern do
you think should be address immediately? why?

IV – EVALUATION:

1. Pretend that you are a House Representative.


2. You authored a law that you will be presenting to the general public
3. Select one law that was previously discussed.
4. Write a speech that includes the title of the act, its description, provisions, and penalties.
