BREAK-FREE NW is an highly effective non-weighted stuck-pipe spotting

Product fluid. BREAK-FREE NW enables spotting fluids to penetrate and break

BREAK-FREE NW is normally used for preparing a spotting fluid for

Applications/ freeing pipe that is differentially stuck. BREAK-FREE NW can be used in
Functions diesel oil or mineral oil. The addition of BREAK-FREE NW to oil in small
quantities insures a rapid penetration of the solution through the filter cake
into the formation. The hydrostatic pressure of the mud column is thereby
transmitted to all sides of the drill pipe eliminating the pressure differential
that caused the pipe to become stuck.

There are no limitations to the use of BREAK-FREE NW other than those

imposed by the subsurface pressure considerations. The lost of hydrostatic

intolerable. In these instances, a weighted spotting fluid or soak solution is
mandatory. Usage may be limited by local environmental requirements.
