I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 Room Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 12% Value Added Tax.
 Room Rates are quoted per night.
 Quoted as single/ double occupancy.
 Extra person charge at Php 2,500 nett with Buffet Breakfast and Caticlan airport
transfers. (Extra person is applicable to the 3rd and 4th person respectively.)
 Seven (7) years old and below sharing a bed; transfers and breakfast free of charge,
above seven (7) years old, extra person rate applies.

II. INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT:

An incidental deposit of Php 2,500.00 per room per night shall be collected upon check-
in and will be refunded prior to departure depending on the consumables.
 III. CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION & NO SHOW POLICY:

Peak Season -45 days prior to arrival date. -One night charge will apply
IV. C -30 days prior to arrival date. -50% of total cost will apply
H -15 days prior to arrival date. -Total cost will apply

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY:

Our check-in time is 1400H on the day of arrival. Request for early check-in shall be
subject to room availability.

Our check-out time is at 1200H on the day of departure. Request for late check-out shall
be subject to room availability with the following applicable charges:

 Six (6) hours extension (from 1200h to 1800h) would be charged a half day rate
plus 10% Service Charge plus 12% VAT.
 Extending beyond six (6) hours (beyond 1800h) would be charged a whole day
rate plus 10% Service Charge plus 12. % VAT.

V. KALIBO AIRPORT TO CATICLAN TRANSFER

VI. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

The Hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements
specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of
war, change or statutes of Philippine Government, strikes, riots, and Acts of God or
conditions beyond the control of the Hotel.
