II. Terms and Conditions:
 Room Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 12% Value Added Tax.

(Extra person room is applicable to the 3rd and 4th person respectively. Rate includes buffet breakfast, land,
boat transfers and amenities).
 7 years below sharing a bed; transfers and breakfast free of charge, above seven (7) years old extra
person rate applies.

III. INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT:

An incidental deposit of Php2, 500.00 per room per night shall be collected upon
check-in and will be refunded prior to departure depending on the consumables.

IV. OPTION DATE:

We would like to advise you that all reservations need to be guaranteed in order for
us to reserve the room(s) for you on a definite basis.

Non-guaranteed bookings will be automatically released on the given OPTION DATE

and re-booking will be subject to availability.

VI. CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION & NO SHOW POLICY:

Super Peak Season -60 days prior to arrival date. -One-night charge will apply
-45 days prior to arrival date. -50% of total cost will apply
-30 days prior to arrival date. -Total cost will apply
 No Shows are subject to 100% Cancellation Charge (room charge).
 For In-house guests who decide to shorten their stay, payment for the
unused nights shall be non-refundable.
 VII. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Our check-in time is 1400H on the day of arrival. Request for early check-in shall be
subject to room availability.

Our check-out time is at 1200H on the day of departure. Request for late check-out
shall be subject to room availability with the following applicable charges:

 Six (6) hours extension (from 1200h to 1800h) would be charged a half day
rate plus 10% Service Charge plus 12% VAT.
 Extending beyond six (6) hours (beyond 1800h) would be charged a whole
day rate plus 10% Service Charge plus 12. % VAT.

IX. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

The Hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements
specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of
war, change or statutes of Philippine Government, strikes, riots, and Acts of God or
conditions beyond the control of the Hotel.
