 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Ensure that risk assessment and method of statement in all works activates.
 Conduct safety induction for newly mobilized employees at site.
 Conduct tool box meeting in various work and activities.
 Ensure that accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported and remedial action is taken.
 To check scaffold erection dismantling and inspection.
 Ensure all fire fighting equipments are in good condition and operational.
 Ensure that all employees are complying with appropriate PPE’s.
 Ensure that all equipments at site have valid third party certifications those required.
 Promote safety policies and safety plans of the company.
 Carry out daily site inspections and weekly safety walkthrough with main contractor and consultant.
 Ensure that permit to work system is being practiced at site.
 Under take well environmental inspections of the site.
 Ensure that operatives are trained well prior to operate plant and equipments.
 Ability to work under pressure in difficult situation.
 Ability to work with multinationals.
