Wolter Fan Standard
1. Fan Type : Centrifugal
Standard
- Performance Curves of Testing Fan follow Din Standard 24163, Part 1 and has testing additional.
Has been AMCA Standard that refers to the chapter on AMCA 210-85 “Laboratory Methods of
Testing Fans for Rating”.
- Sound Levels of Testing Fan follow Din Standard 45635, Part 38 and has testing additional. Has
been AMCA standard that refers to the chapter on AMCA 301 “Reverberant Room Method for
sound Testing of Fans”.
Specification
- Fan Casing is made from steel sheet or galvanised . Fan scroll and side plate are connected by
Air-tight locked Pittsbourgh Seam. In case of diameter is 300 millimeter up, it must have access
door.
- Fan Wheel Modes are Forward ,Backward ,Air Foil / Single, Double Inlet. Normally they are
adjusted the balance both static and dynamic via ISO 1940 and AMCA 204/3-G2.5 standard.
(The vibration is less than 2.5 mm/s).
- Fan Axle is made from Carbon steel (S45C) that the tolerance is in line with ISO 286-2-Grade G6
standard.
- Fan Drive uses Taper Bush Pulley (SPZ, SPA, SPB or SPC) that depends on fan speed and motor
size.
- Type of Fan Belt is Wedge Belt. It has deep level that is suitable for Taper Bush Pulley.

Standard
- Performance Curves of Testing Fan follow DIN 24163 ,Part1 and EN 132101-3:2001-02 Class
F300 Standard (Testing At 300C 2hrs).
- Sound Levels of Testing Fan follow DIN 45635, Part 38 and EN 132101-3:2001-02 Standard.
2.1 Fan type : Axial Flow Fan (Direct Drive)
Specification
- Fan Casing is made from steel sheet or galvanized. The casing is formed with only one steel piece
by Bending Machine for front and rear flange that are punched the hole directly between two both
sides.
- Fan Hub is made from Cast Aluminum Alloy.
- Fan Blade can choose in typing of PP and Aluminum that can be adjustable pitch of degree.
- The adjustable device for setting Blade’s Degree is accuracy.
- The space between paddle and body is less than 1% of paddle diameter.
- Fan Blade is balanced both static and dynamic via ISO 1940 G2.5 standard. (The value of
vibration is not over 2.5 mm/s).
- There is Mounting Hanger Device for Suspending Installation and Mounting Feet Device for Floor
Installation including with Suction / Discharge Matching Flange Device for Pneumatic Pipe.
- Fan Motor is TEFC (Total Enclosed Fan Cooled) Insulation Class F IP55 at least.
2.2 Fan Type : Axial Flow Fan (Belt Drive)

- Fan Shaft is made from Carbon Steel (S45C) that the tolerance is in line with ISO 286-2-Grade G6

2.4 Fan Type : Smoke Spill Axial Flow Fan(Smoke Exhaust Fan)
- Fan Casing is made from steel sheet. The casing is made from steel and formed by bending
machine. Front and rear are punched their hole directly. The characteristic of heat defending on
Hot-Dipped Galvanized plate is up to 600 degree Celsius.
- Fully Reversible Type of Fan Blade which is made from aluminum, it can be reversible wind
function with constant efficiency. It is usually operated in fire case by changing the function from
supply air to exhaust air or inversely.
- Terminal box of Fan is made from Di Cast Aluminum Class IP55 (At least Testing At 300C 2hrs).
- The space between paddle and body is not less than 1% but it is not over than 2% of paddle
diameter.
- Fan Drive Motor has the Insulation Class H (Testing At 300C 2hrs) that can be adjusted to high
specification by changing the motor.

- Fan casing and Guide Vanes of Propeller Diameter 100 – 150 mm are made from PP (Injection
Mould black PP).
- Fan Casing and Guide Vanes of Propeller Diameter 160 – 250 mm are made from Aluminum
(Injection Mould).
- Fan Casing of Propeller Diameter 315 – 500 mm is made from steel sheet. The casing is formed
with only one steel piece by Bending Machine for front and rear flange that are punched the hole

- Guide Vanes of Propeller Diameter 315 – 500 mm is made from Aluminum (Extruded Aluminum).

mm is produced by Aluminum injection and it has balance both static and dynamic via ISO 1940

4. Fan Type : Inline Centrifugal Mix Flow Fan
Standard
- Performance Curves of Testing Fan are in line with DIN 24163, Part1 Standard.
- Sound Levels of Testing Fan are in line with DIN 45635, Part 38 Standard.
Specification
- Fan casing is made from steel sheet. The casing is formed with only one steel piece by Bending
Machine for front and rear flange that are punched the hole directly between two both sides.
- The casing can have the special design to add the insulation in order to reduce sound or noise
(Acoustic housing).
- Blade is designed by Centrifugal type to have high efficiency and silent. Paddle is produced by
along steel welding method and include epoxy plating . It has the balance both static and
dynamic via ISO 1940 G2.5 standard. (The vibration is less than 2.5 mm/s).

Standard

F300 Standard (Testing At 300C 2hrs).
- Sound Levels of Testing Fan are follow DIN 45635, Part 38 and EN 132101-3:2001-02 Standard.
Specification
- Fan Casing is made from steel or galvanized that have 2 types of Oval shape and Circular shape.
Based on designing, the motor can maintenance without lifting the casing.
- Terminal Box of Fan is made from Di Cast Aluminum Class IP55 (Testing 300C at least 2 hrs)
that is installed inside of fan to prevent direct fire.
- Sound Attenuator is designed by adding within fan casing that is 1,120 length and 2,250 mm
- Type of Fan Drive Motor is TEAO (Totally Enclosed Air Over) IP55. The production is under the
standard of IEC34-5 which has 2 types of Normal Temperature at 40C and Hot Dipped 300C

temperatures at least 2 hours.

7. Fan Type : Propeller Fan
Specification
- Bell Mount Plate Structure is made of steel E.poxy paint.

- Fan Blade is made from painted steel E. proxy and is balanced both static and dynamic via ISO
1940 G2.5 standard. (The value of vibration is not over 2.5 mm/s).
