This activity is designed to orient target participants on the prescribed processes and templates for the preparation of LGU DTP. The eight groups are requested to create their respective zoom links for the workshop and submit to this level by Aug. 6, 2021 (Friday), for disseminatc to the representatives of DBM, NEDA, BLGF, and CSC who will also be joining the activity. 3. LCEs shall organize the LGU Devolution Transition Committee (DTC) which shall be responsible for the preparation of the LGU DTP and in the monitoring of the implementation thereat ‘The LGU DTC shall be composed of the following For provinces, cities, and municipalities For barangays + The LCE as Chair = Punong Barangay as Chat + Aregular member of the Local + Barangay Secretary; ‘Senggunian; + Barangay Treasurer, ‘= Members of the Local Finance + Arogular member ofthe Local ‘Committee (Planning and ‘Sanggunian; and Development Coordinator, = 2 representatives from CSOs Treasurer, Budget Officer) and POs that are members of + Local Administrator, the BDC * President of the Liga ng mga Barangay; and + 2 representatives from CSOs and POs that are members of the LOC Relative to this, DILG Field Officers are instructed to submit to the regional office, soft copies of the Executive Order (EO) organizing the LGU DTC at the provincial, city, and municipal level. EOs organizing the LGU OTC at the barangay level should be submitted to the concerned CIMLGOOs.
