SGC Minutes of Meeting

Date: February 16, 2021 Time Started: 9:30am Ended: 10:30 am

Present:

 The SGC Vice Chair served as the presider, presented and discussed the following
agenda:

AGENDA:

1. E-SIP and SMEA Review

 School Planning Team presented the Enhanced- School Improvement Plan through
which:
 Mrs. Cherryl A. Adante discussed the background of the Enhanced School
Improvement Plan and pointed out its critical role to the performance of the
school as well as its significance in School-Based Management.

 SGC Council requested each Team Leaders and listened to each SIP Project report
and School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustments (SMEA) update to wit:
 Project LAMPUS by Mrs. GIRLIE G. MONTAŃO which highlighted a
Decrease in Drop-out Rate tallying a 98.69% for Junior High School and
100% for Senior High School respectively. Hence a gap of 1.31% to be
addressed on.

 Project GRASP-R by Mrs. Cherryl A. Adante which plotted a 10% unachieved


target under its reading literacy program.

 Project AYOS by Mrs. Mailyn A. Tiongson which reported 85%


accomplishment of its target through Repair of Electrical wirings and putting
up of 4 water reservoir (not potable) and cited lack of funds as reasons for
limiting factor.

 Project SNACKS by Mr. Jay El D. Sotto who posted 26 % severely wasted


students as target to accomplish since there was no feeding program
conducted in SY 2019-2020.

 Mrs. Cyrel E. Villasoto, the School Planning Officer then reported updates on
SMEA or School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustments whereupon she
stressed out the following performance indicators with Mr. Rey S. Vistal on
WinS:
1. Drop-out Rate
Target: 0%
Accomplishment: 98.69%
Gap/s: 1.31%

2. Failure Rate
Target: 0%
Accomplishment: 99.47%
Gap/s: .53%

3. Literacy Level
Target: 0% Frustration Level
Accomplishment: not qualified
Gap/s: 15 students under Frustration level

4. Nutritional Status
Target: 0% Severely Wasted Students
Accomplishment: not qualified
Gap/s: 26%

5. WinS or WASH in School


Target: 3-star
Accomplishment: 2-star
Gap/s: Need to achieve 3-star

6. SBM Level of Practice


Target: Level 3 accreditation
Accomplishment: Level 2 Accreditation
Gap/s: Need to achieve Level 3 Accreditation

2. Workshop and Recommendations

 The Chair divided the house into four respective groups for thorough review of the
different projects reported and for formulation of recommendations
 Each group collaboratively brainstormed for recommendations on ways as to
addressing the gaps through programs, activities, and projects (PAPs)
 Reporting of outputs were done by each stakeholders representative
 Planning of Team Leaders and Project Coaches then followed

 Meeting adjourned at exactly 5:30 PM through the motion of Mrs. Elcita E.
