Worked from Dec 2012 till Feb 2015, with DTC retention team as Senior Customer support
agent, where we assisted customers with their queries via remote session Voice process.
Handled pre-sales for Dell products and Dell contracts, achieved the targets everyday.
Handled sales researching and analyzing sales reports with Dell products by establishing
contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions for Dell
partners, handled sales for cloud computing Azure.
Worked from Oct 2011 till June 2012, as Customer Care Consultant, Was handling out-bond
process helping customer regarding their mortgage payments and loans with the banks.
AOL (Member service) Bangalore
Worked from Jan 2004 till Jan 2007, as Champion Customer Care Consultant for 4years,
handled inbound calls and assisted clients in trouble shooting various technical related issues
via the AOL software.
Handled up-selling for AOL products, achieved targets assigned by the Team Lead
Also worked in the Billing Department assisting members with various billing queries.
Was assigned as mentor for the team in the absence of Team Lead.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Was awarded the Best Employee and got a chance to travel to Maldives, Colombo, and
Srilanka.
