Hot Water Bottle

Cover
Materials
2 balls Rowan Big Wool (100% me-
rino wool; 87yds/80m per 100g ball).
6.5 mm double pointed needles
Cable needle (optional—see note be-
low)

Note: I knitted this project without a

cable needle. You can find several
tutorials on the internet showing how
to do this.

Size
To fit a hot water bottle measuring 8”
wide and 10.5” long.

Gauge
12sts and 18 rows = 4 inches/10cm in
stocking stitch using 6.5mm needles.
Note: The row gauge is not so impor-
tant in this pattern since most parts
are knit to a certain length rather
than over a fixed number of rows.
