Robbery

This pertains to the alleged lapses committed by Kibawe MPS personnel resulted in the killed-
in-action of SPO3 Rodelfin Alonzo, seriously injured three (3) other personnel and robbed assorted
government properties and some personnel items of PNP personnel during the attack of Lawless
group/NPA at 4:45 O'clock in the morning of 12 December 2013 at Kibawe MPS, West Kibawe,
Bukidnon.

At about 7:30 O'clock in the morning of December 11, 2013 team "A" of Kibawe Police Station
duty detail (marked as Annex "A"); spearheaded by SPO3 Redelfin Gumilid Alonzo with eight (8)
members reported at Kibawe Police Station, Kibawe Bukidnon for their 24 hours tour of duty.
