An adage way beyond being a cliché, yet a candid, exact, and apt thought to ponder in this NEW
NORMAL.

Ladies and gentlemen, guests and visitors, WELCOME TO DULAG CENTRAL SCHOOL, DULAG
SOUTH DISTRICT!

We would like to request everybody to please rise for the prayer.

To be followed by the singing of the Philippine Nat’l Anthem, DepEd Leyte Hymn, and the Dulag Hymn.

To rise above all adversities is one natural trait that has caused our human civilization to thrive and
champion existence and survival for over a couple of millennia.

What we face nowadays seems to remind us of that long long history and habit of existential endurance
and persistence.

So, hold tight, for a new and brighter day is along the way.

our path may be dimmed and filled with blinding darkness but what we only need is a single speck of
light – a hope to guide our way.

To present the statement of purpose for today’s activity and subsequently unveil a new and innovative
mechanism to address the pressing issues surrounding the inevitable and necessary continuing of
education, let us give a big round of applause to the District In-Charge of Dulag South, Mrs. Lerma A.
Peque.
