DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument is executed on the date and place herein below indicated by
and between;

THAT I, VITALIANA FUENTES-COLE, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to

MARTINIANO Y. COLE, and a resident of Kibuaya, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR;

-IN FAVOR OF-

ANGELO C. SARONA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to ROSARIO D.

SARONA and a resident of Kibuaya, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as VENDEE;

-WITNESSETH-

Whereas, the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land described as

follows to wit:

“A parcel of land identified as Lot 7, PSD-11-022660, containing an area of

THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Kibuaya,
Hagonoy, Davao del Sur and covered with Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-22923”.

Whereas, the VENDOR desires to sell, convey and dispose a portion of SIX
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (6,844) SQUARE METERS, of the
above said parcel of land to the buyer who is willing and able to pay the price
thereof;

Whereas the VENDEE is willing to able to buy a portion of THREE HUNDRED

(300) Square Meters, of the above said parcel of land and desires to acquire,
purchase and buy the said portion of a parcel of land;

NOW THEREFORE and in consideration of the amount of TWENTY

THOUSAND (20,000.00) Pesos, lawful currency of the Philippines which the
VENDOR acknowledged to her satisfaction, the VENDOR, does hereby SELL, CEDE,
TRANSFER and CONVEY a portion SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY
FOUR (6,844) Square meters, of the above described property unto the said
VENDEE, her heirs, successors-in-interest and assigns is free from any and all liens
and encumbrances and warrants that she has title thereto;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereunto set their hands this

day of 2021 at Digos City, Philippines.
