The vision and mission of Bicol University helps the students to have clarity in
school policies and to provide the proper guidance needed. It aims to produce and
develop potential leaders and agents of change with a quality of excellency. Providing
some advanced and specialized teaching techniques to mold and enhance the world class
leaders and change agents.

As for the community; it also helps to produce major gains by commending

student’s achievements for a peaceful and positive environment where they can learn
and help them to be motivated and achieve their dreams and goals in the future. The
learnings and knowledge will be of no waste as it will forever be within the students and
will be of use in different firms. Through the Universities provided professional
guidance and continually aiming for excellency by maintaining the quality standards,
ensures the brighter future of all scholars and the whole world.
