 How important/significant are these findings?

This systematic review generally showed significant results that could improve hemodialysis
patient adherence to fluid management. These interventions are educational, educational, and
psychological counseling, and lifestyle changes. However, one of the interventions that have

namely the personal digital assistant (PDA) intervention. This may be due to poor evaluation.

implied in the hemodialysis treatment center. However, these interventions need to be
reviewed with existing resources such as human resources, economy, and infrastructure.
Recommendation:
1. It is necessary to explain the characteristics of the participants such as the level of
education because it can affect the participants' understanding, as well as the participant's
disease history
2. The intervention used should use a combination mode, namely combining 2 methods in
one implementation, and also the implementation time is not too long so that it does not
cause saturation in the patient.
3. The accuracy of measuring instruments and timing of measurements to evaluate the results
of the intervention.
