My name is Greg, and I survived COVID-19. But more

than my physical breakthrough, I have more important
ones… You know me as an introvert, unlikely to be
sociable and comfortable spending time alone. With
that, I had the mindset that I can go through life on my
own. Or so I thought.
With COVID-19 comes isolation. I was quarantined for
almost a month (had miscommunication with agencies

And last but not the least, God visited me all throughout the journey, assuring
me that He will never leave me nor forsake me, rebuking me by exposing a
more dangerous virus within me — SELF GLORY — and empowering me as I
get to know Him again through His Word and when I just strum a guitar and
sing a song of praise unto Him. Lord, how I longed to have intimate encounters
with You!
The greatest battle I faced during that time was the battle raging in me, that I
thought I AM ENOUGH, THAT I HAVE ARRIVED ALREADY, but not so! I
thank God for allowing me to undergo this. If I did not went through this,
maybe I am still trying to live my life on my own and end up to my own doom.
To those who prayed for me, I am grateful for you. May God continue to bless
you with a heart filled with His love.
To everyone reading this post: JESUS LANG SAKALAM!! Without God, we
are nothing. Without Him, what’s the point of life? Whether living in abundance
or poverty, without Him, everything is meaningless. If God made me feel that
He is with me, so can He to you. Make Him your Lord! Assurance is only found
in Him. Psalm 3:5-6 “I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the
Lord sustains me. I will not fear though tens of thousands assail me on
every side.”
