Three-way Tipper Mechanism

The 3-way dumping is unique 3-side dumping system which is easy in situations where use of a
conventional dumping is difficult. This trailer side-dumping great capability. Jobs is easily
unloading in inner city area. 3-Directional dumper can be helpful for farmers, site construction,
garbage collector as well for dumping gravel, sand etc. It also can reduce the work while it can
dump in 3 directions. It also takes less time than traditional dumpers which can reduces the work
& time.
A dumper is a vehicle designed for carrying bulk material, often on building sites. A dump truck
is a truck used for transporting loose material (such as sand, gravel, or demolition waste) for
construction. A typical dump truck is equipped with an open-box bed, which is hinged at the
rear and equipped with hydraulic pistons to lift the front, allowing the material in the bed to be
deposited ("dumped") on the ground behind the truck at the site of delivery.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Three way hydraulic dumper’s main part is tipping system mechanism. Tipping system
mechanism is heart of a three way hydraulic truck. Hydraulic cylinder is place on the fixed
chassis and piston end connected with the body by pivot joint. During the forward stroke of
cylinder pushes piston. And body is lift so forward stroke during dump is unloading. Then return
stroke during body is place in actual position.

Model of multi direction dumping system: With the help of gear, racket trolley will move in back
side direction by mechanism of pin and lock system. It will stop at position where lockers are
placed for backside working.. Right and left side working with the help of gear, racket and
groove it will move in the right direction and it will lock in the locker which is placed on the
chassis and hydraulic cylinder will lift the trolley.
