 The candidate should have sound knowledge about environmental issues and firsthand
work experience at the factory level.
 He/ She should maintain all legal and other environmental requirements and perform
monthly internal audits to monitor environmental compliance in the premises.
 Prepare and update audit-related documents and keep the factory ready for environmental
audits.
 Collect and analyze monthly data for resource consumption and production including
water, energy, raw materials, waste, GHG emissions, etc., establish related key
performance indicators (KPIs)
 Maintaining chemical inventory and upload to BVE3 Platform promptly.
 Responsible for chemical handling management, updating label, MSDS, TDS on regular
basis.
 Handling and monitoring wastage management in the premises. Also monitor, evaluate
and continuously improve each & every stage of ETP.
 Monitor the implementation of Environmental Sustainability programs and document
progress at each stage and coordinate with other departments for the implementation of
different environmental sustainability initiatives.
 Monitor the factory and community's environmental health and safety (EHS) and
promptly report to the manager/management.
 Provide awareness training to workers and management on Environmental Management
System, chemical handling, wastage management where and when needed.
 Keep oneself and department updated on any emerging local and international
environmental regulations

ASST. Manager

 Maintain proper HIGG INDEX data (Environment & Chemical Part)

 Evaluation, monitoring and ensure of environmental requirements of the factory as per
environmental regulations.
 Ensure periodically drinking water & waste water test as per law and buyer requirement
 from DOE standard, ECR & other stakeholder.
 Identification of significant environmental aspects & impacts.
 Ensuring all environmental requirements as per international standards for a sustainable
EMS.
 Setting objectives and targets for continual environmental performance improvement also
closely work with suppliers or sub-contractors to improve their environmental
performance.
 Regular monitoring of water consumption in the factory premises.
 Execute & ensure the smooth operational system/process for ETP plant.
 Plan and conduct maintenance operations during unexpected shutdown of ETP machines
  Monitoring and supervise all process control parameters such as BOD, COD etc. & to
ensure the function ability of the ETP.
 Prepare Factory Corrective Action Plan and its Implementation as per observation
followed time to time in respect of EMS.
 Report Preparation & communicate as & where necessary.
 Regular Communication and keep relationship with Government Officials, RMG and
Industrial Management authority.
 Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments for Fire, EMS and OHSAS in the Factory
for safety of all concerned.
 Prepare Policies and Documentation for EMS, EMP, CMP, OHSAS and Energy
efficiency for factory.
 Prepare & implement waste management policy, update chemical inventory data sheet &
collect RSL, MRSL and QSR from Buyer, also original MSDS, TDS and RSL certificate
from chemical supplier.
 Provide training of all chemical users regarding of all chemical, Environmental Health
and Safety (EHS) to all employees.
