What are you going to do … ? True or False Board Game
Instructions:
1. Two or three people can play (three is best).
2. You need one dice and a counter for each player.
3. Put the counters on the different START circles. If there are only two players, put the counters on START A and START C.
4. Player A throws the dice and moves the number of circles shown on the dice.
5. Next, Player B throws the dice, and so on.
6. If a player lands on an action circle, then the other players must ask what Player A is going to do, either this weekend or
during the summer. For example, If Player A lands on the action circle “go dancing” the other players must ask:
“What are you going to do (this/next weekend (or) during the summer)?”
7. Player B must say what is written on the circle, for example:
“I’m going to go dancing (this weekend (or) during the summer).”
8. The other players must then find out if this is true or false by asking some questions. They can ask as many “Wh” questions
as they like, such as:
“Where are you going to go dancing?”
“Who are you going to go dancing with?”
“When are you going to go dancing?”
“Why are you going to go dancing?”
“What kind of dancing are you going to do?”
9. If player A is really going to go dancing, then he/she must answer these questions truthfully.
If player A is not really going to go dancing, then he/she must lie.
10.The other players must decide if Player A is telling the truth or lying. If they guess correctly, then Player A’s turn ends and
Player B can throw the die. If the other players guess incorrectly, Player A can throw and move again.
11.If a player lands on a “Go to A, B or C start” circle, their turn ends and they must move their counter to that start circle and
begin from the start on their next go.
12.The first player to reach the large “FINISH” circle is the winner.
