CARD ACTICATION PROCESS

A. To activate the card through the online portal:

1) Click on the link here or copy this address https://activation.sodexobrs.com on your


browser.

2) Then click on “Card Activation” tab, enter your registered e-mail id/mobile number.
Enter your 12-digit card reference number (as mentioned in your welcome letter) and the
captcha image. Then click on “Get Activation Code” it will open a new page.

If you do not have the “Card Reference Number” then follow the below steps: /br> Click
on “Forgot Reference Number”. Enter the registered e-mail id/mobile number. Enter the
last four digits of the card number. Enter the captcha code. Click on “Get Card Reference
Number”. You will receive the 12-digit card reference number on your registered e-mail
id/mobile number.

3) On the next page select a document type (i.e. Driving License, PAN, Voter ID, Passport)
and enter the document number to complete the minimum KYC. For minimum KYC the card
load limit assigned will be Rs.10,000.

Note:
>To complete the Full KYC, choose one of the following 3 documents (Driving License,
Voter ID or Passport) from the drop-down menu. Enter the document number as given on
your document. Click on “Choose File” and upload the copy of the document. (File format
accepted: PNG, JPG, JPEG. File size less than 1MB). For full KYC the card load limit
assigned will be Rs.1,00,000.

4) Enter the Activation code sent on your registered e-mail add or mobile number.

5) Click on “Send OTP”. You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number.

Note: If your mobile number is not registered with Sodexo or if incorrect mobile is reflecting,
then you can enter the mobile you want to register with Sodexo and click on ‘Send OTP’.

6) Enter the OTP and click on “Activate Card”. You would see “Success” on your window
screen, on successfully activating the card you will receive a confirmation message.
