1. Relative to the DepEd Memorandum No. 058, s. 2021 titled “2021 Oplan Balik
Eskwela “Regional Memorandum No. 399, s. 2021, “Activity the 2021 Oplan
Balik Eskwela” and Division Memorandum No. 371, s. 2021, also called as
“Convergence on Oplan Balik Eskwela 2021, the School shall establish the
“2021 Oplan Balik Eskwela Convergence” (OBEC) from September 6-17,
2021 in preparation for the opening of classes of the S.Y. 2021-2022 anchored
on the theme: Bayanihan Para sa Ligtas na Balik Eskwela”.

2. The 2021 OBEC aims to address problems, queries and related issues
commonly encountered by the school before the opening of classes to
facilitate and the speedy and efficient enrollment process.

3. This convergence ensures proper information dissemination strengthening

Partnership and Engagement with the Local Government Units (LGUs), Non-
Government Organizations (NGOs) and other Stakeholders.

4. Attached to this Memorandum is the Schedule of OBEC Activities
