Installation

Remove side panels Remove switchplate; first pull up then pull to-
wards you. Remove screws in ‘Panel front’ and
remove pane l.

Mount the bracket to the dispenser with screw #1 Place new ‘Panel front’ and put the new switch-
(5x). plate in position.
Place side panels onto machine

Assemble all shown parts onto the tool. Place punch assembly including tool in the hole,
rotate the assembly untill it locks.
Take out assembletool.

Attention; The punch blade is very sharp

Setup the punch

Punch setup to shallow

Loosen the screw and rotate the ring down to
punch deeper.

Punch setup to deep

Lid starts to fold. Loosen the screw and rotate the ring up to punch
less deep.

Punch setup properly

A correct punch hole; the edge curls to the inside. Fix the adjustment.
The blade will loosen itself.

Changing the position of the punchhole in the lid (i.e.,closer to the edge or centre) can have effect on the
punch-result. Experiment to find a position which works on each can size.

Replace punch blade

Place the tool in the punch. Pull out pin, keep it pulled out and turn the tool
90° to the left or right. Release the pin.
Take the punch blade, rings and spring out of the
bracket.

Attention; Through high spring tension the assembly can slip with some speed.

Replace the punch blade and assemble it, Turn the tool untill it locks.
together with the rings and spring, in the bracket.
