CITI SOPHOMORE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Sophomore Leadership Program Includes:

Robust one-week training program, including technical and soft-skills training
Rotational nature of the program ensures exposure to multiple groups
Group client-analysis project provides additional insight about the firm and culminates with the
opportunity to present directly to Citi senior leadership
1:1 mentorship with junior and senior employees
Executive Speaker Series, lunch & learns, and cross-business networking events
Formal evaluations at the end of each rotation

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Sophomores currently enrolled in four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited
institution, expected graduation: December 2023 or Spring 2024
Open to all disciplines and majors
Strong academic performance (3.3 GPA and above preferred)
All candidates are selected based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, campus
leadership, and interest in the financial services industry
