Indemnity Bond

(Permanent Address) Pin - the undersigned have admitted my Son/ Daughter
(Name of Student) in B. Tech. / B. Tech. – M. Tech. Dual Degree – (Name of Branch)
(Mention only that branch which has been allotted to the applicant in the latest round of allotment) in
The LNMIIT and have gone through and understood all the Programme Details establishments and facilities
including hostels, transportation, etc.

I, hereby indemnify The LNMIIT from and against all proceedings and claims for any or on account of or in
relation to any disability, bodily injury (self-inflicted or otherwise), suicide and/or suicide attempt, death,
inflections and diseases caused by any insect-bites, animal-bites, plant-bites or otherwise (inside or outside
the campus of The LNMIIT) that my son/ daughter may suffer during his/ her course of study in The
LNMIIT, as hostler and/or day boarder.

I, hereby indemnify The LNMIIT from and against any untoward happening to my son/ daughter outside the
campus of The LNMIIT, even during transportation by the bus, provided by The LNMIIT.

I, hereby indemnify The LNMIIT from and against all the responsibilities, liabilities, and legal implications
of any law of the land for the time being in force or otherwise, in any manner; in case of my son/ daughter
possessing, using or dealing with any kind of intoxicating material including alcohol, drugs of any kind,
gutka, tobacco, cigarettes or any other sedative materials; and, in case of my son/ daughter possessing, using
or dealing or abetting the use of any kind of weapons including sticks, rods, explosives, fireworks or any
such kind of material.

Furthermore, during the tenure at LNMIIT students attend Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Annual
Functions/ participate in Cultural/ Technical Competitions of other Institutions/ Universities, attend training
programmes, present research paper and participate in any other co-curricular & extra-curricular activities
out of the LNMIIT Campus. I hereby promise to indemnify and keep indemnified and harmless The
LNMIIT, its parent body, their employees/ officials, from every type of loss(s) or damage(s) which may arise
out from the action or inaction of my son/ daughter, during the said activities for the entire tenure in The
LNMIIT and also from any claim arising from those action or inaction of my son/ daughter.
I am giving this Indemnity Bond to The LNMIIT with full understanding that The LNMIIT will at all times,
in no way, liable for any action, right or claim or compensation or any legal implication in any form,
organization or any kind of court on any account, at request by myself, my son/ daughter, my dependents,
next of kin or other legal representatives; and legal disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the
courts in Jaipur district.
