Construction of school building

Executive summary
Realizing that education is a sure way to improve any country’s economy, it developed an
education and training policy that was integrated into the formal school system. The
primary goal is to establish pre-schools in all primary schools. We want local governments,
private institution, and induvial to build and operate these pre-schools.
The primary goal of establishing per-schools is to raise children by promoting and enriching
their experiences.
The government aims to improve access and enrolment levels at primary and secondary
school levels because, in the past, the education system was characterized by high drop out
rates, primary due to poor teaching methods used by Universal Primary Education (UPE)
teachers who were themselves failures at primary school levels.

Technical approach
The project goal is mainly for the construction of buildings for pre-school, primary school
and secondary school for the purpose of providing education. The building will cater for
learning and boarding requirement of all pupils and students, plus the accommodation
requirement of the teacher’s other school staff. The students and pupil’s physical fitness
requirement will be met by having a sport arena in the school and ground.
The priority need of this proposal is to have an education institution that will work hand in
hand with the ministry of education/s effort to have a nation with high level of education at
all levels, a nation that produces the quality and quantity od educated people who are
sufficiently equipped with the necessary knowledge to solve the society’s problem and meet
the challenges of development.

Problem statement
The project in in line with the government’s efforts to establish as many pre-schools,
primary schools, and secondary schools as possible in order to provide education to as many
children as possible. Even poor children require a basic education of the highest calibre.
The implementation plans
This project proposal has tow main goals, which are as follows:
To respond to the needs of a rapidly growing business and education sector by producing a
sufficient number of educated people with the necessary knowledge to solve society’s
problems in order to meet development challenges and achieve regional competitiveness.
This schools will provide subsidized healthy meals to children attending this centre school
on a daily basis. This centre will continue to raise funds for running the operation of school
by requesting sponsorship for educating the children attending this centre.

Past experience
This is a consultant firm whose offices are situated in the country. Its staffs are backed up
with vast experience in the building design and construction industry as well as projects
planning, project acquired while working with other firm.
It has to also involve some experts especially for works like, conducting project feasibility
study, design and drawing, buildings constructions, risk analysis and project evaluation.
