Gynecologic History

The client’s age of menarche was 13-14 years old, she said that when she was in first-year high
school. Her last menstrual period was January 28, 2020. Her monthly period in a year is 12
months, she stated that “di naman ako irregular”. The duration of the client’s flow is 3-5 days.
The amount of tampons or napkins that the client used are from 1st and 2nd day she uses 3-4
napkins, and from the 3rd up to the 5th day she uses 2-3 napkins. She feels menstrual cramps
every menstruation. If the pain is unbearable to her she already takes drugs to alleviate the pain.
