business challenges and public governance.

Leadership skills can be learned depends on the personality of a person. To determine the personality of an
individual, a temperament or personality test will be conducted. And let’s see how we could develop each one of it.

its key aspect. Check next to each role whether it is an activity you could carry out now, or something for you will
need more experience and preparation.

● Leadership style has an impact on your organization's ability to meet its obligations. An effective leader
inspires, encourages, and guides her employees to reach predetermined goals and objectives. Employee
morale, retention, absenteeism, and overall productivity may all be influenced by how you make decisions,
allocate responsibilities, manage issues, and interact with staff.

1. Which of the ten (10) leadership roles do you think you are most suited of at this stage in your career? Explain.
● The leadership job that I believe I am best equipped for at this point in my career is that of a coach and
motivator ( recognize achievements, encourage, give feedback and advice, inspire people). Though I am not
a professional, I have enough experience to lead or guide others. I'd like to encourage, advise, and inspire
others, especially those in their twenties, because that's really my forte. I'm confident in my abilities and am
well-suited for the task.
2. Discuss the importance of leadership and decision making that influence the success of business endeavor or in
public administration. Justify your answer.
● Leadership and Decision-making must intertwined especially in business endeavor and public administration
because it leads to success. Leadership is a critical management function that enables an organization's
resources be directed for increased efficiency and goal achievement. Effective leaders clarify the
organization's mission, motivate employees, and assist them to achieve it. And the significance of decision-
making resides in the way it aids you in selecting among many possibilities. Before making a decision, it is
necessary to acquire all relevant information and consider the advantages and disadvantages. It's critical to
concentrate on steps that will assist you in making the best judgments possible.
