General Instructions:

2. Make One Physical Assessment and document using the file PAFORMchn(October 6,2021)

3. Refer also to the Folder: Typology of Nursing Problems in Family Nursing Practice for the List of First and Second Level
Assessment; and Scaling for Ranking of Health Condition and Problem according to priorities.

4. Score the 5 all identified Health Problems (First Level Assessment) and follow this format:
