Macadangdang Medical Clinic

1. This is one of the community’s trusted place for their health concerns. Established since the 1980s, it has since
then provided people an affordable health service.

Lingap Hospital

2. Established on 2008, this hospital is one of the places that provide health services in the community. It has
currently expanded its establishment on 2020 for the provision of better service to Arayateños.

Cure Ville Pharmacy

3. This pharmacy has been established on 2010 and became the community’s most trusted source of medicines. It
also offers people skin care, vitamins, diapers, milk, and other human basic necessities.

Education

Plazang Luma Elementary School

1. The only school found in the community that was established on . It offers education from 1 st grade until 6th
grade and teaches its students the community’s mother tongue which is Kapampangan.

Arayat Holy Child Educational Foundation, Inc. (AHCEFI)

2. One of the renowned and recognized schools in the municipality of Arayat that was found by “Mamang” Estela
Santos. It is a Catholic school that produces students of excellence and Christ-centered. Nursery until 12 th grade
is offered in this school.

Arayat Institute

3. Arayat Institute was founded in 1932 by the visionary businessman Emilio A. Santos.  It is now one of the
competitive schools in Arayat, together with the AHCEFI, despite its old architecture.

Department of Trade and Industry

1. This is located inside the municipality of Arayat in Plazang Luma. The Department of Trade and Industry is
responsible for the registration of the business’ name in the community. Moreover, it protects the rights and
interests of consumers.

Department of Social Welfare and Development

2. This can also be found inside the municipality of Arayat which is located in Plazang Luma. It is responsible for
the provision of solutions to address the community’s problems for the poor, vulnerable, disadvantaged, and
those who are not functioning in the society.

Mayor Emmanuel “Bon” Alejandrino

 3. Related to the renowned hero from Arayat, José Cándido Alejandrino y Magdangal, Mayor Bon has
been the mayor of the community for three consecutive years. He has been awarded as the 5-time
most outstanding mayor of the municipality.

Business

Puregold Arayat

1. For the past 9 years, this grocery store has continuously provided the people with all their necessities
such as: food, school supplies, appliances, furniture, hygienic products, etc. It is highly functioning and
people are dependent on Puregold for their needs.

R&R’s Goto and Lugawan

1. This has been the most famous store in the community that sells lugaw and goto. People have been going here
for an experience of the renowned unli lugaw even at midnight.

PsExtreme Multiplayer Internet Café

1. It is one of the prominent internet cafes in the community that offers printing services, computer rental,
tarpaulin layouts and printing, and many more. It was established on 2008 and has been successfully operating
until today.

Religion

St. Peter’s Chapel

1. St. Peter’s Chapel is Plazang Luma’s place for worship and has nurtured its people spiritually.
Moreover, it is one of the social institutions in the community that has helped in the provision of basic
necessities and assistance to the people in need.

Iglesia Ni Cristo
2. Iglesia ni Cristo Lokal ng Arayat is one of the community’s religious organization that has also
contributed in nurturing the community spiritually that is two minutes away from St. Peter’s Chapel.
People come for their worship service every Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish

3. This is the oldest parish existing on the municipality of Arayat which existed since the 1700s. It has been the
center of worship for Roman Catholics and has initiated several activities in addressing some of the community’s
problems.
