Concept Paper for Art Exhibit 2021

I. Rationale

This art exhibit is an event mainly for Sumulong Memorial High School Senior High

aspiring artists. This is an exhibit to showcase and promote their artworks among

students. The theme of the exhibit is “Freedom and Self Love”.

II. Objectives

At the end of this senior high school activity, the students/participants should be able

to:

a. Express themselves more and unveil their artistic side.

b. Appreciate and understand the importance of arts in our lives

c. Understand self-love and implement it among themselves.

III. Management

The event will be facilitated by Arts Club members and each will be divided into

different committees to accomplish the tasks. The committees, officer in charge and

their responsibilities are listed below.

V. Exhibit Guidelines

1. No invitation, No Entry policy will be administered in the event to make sure that

only those who bought the ticket can enter the exhibit.

2. Guests should only look at the artwork before the placed mobile fence to avoid

touching the artwork.

3. Wear casual attire on the event. Avoid wearing, sando, shorts, and slippers.

4. Taking pictures of the artwork should be with consent of the artist.

5. Ask the artist if you have questions regarding their artwork.

6. Littering is strictly prohibited.
